The Property Registration Online System (PROS) will be unavailable from 8AM on Wednesday, May 7th thru 11AM Wednesday, May 21th 2025.
During this time, you will not be able to access your annual renewal Property Registration Forms or create new Property Registration Forms using this portal. Note that the Registration Assistance Unit (RAU) is also unable to access or create new Registration Forms during this time. Continue to check the PROS website: https://a806-pros.nyc.gov/PROS/ for more updates on when the new registration forms will be ready to be accessed.

Please note that your 2025-2026 property registration charges will be reflected on the Department of Finance (DOF) July Statement of Account as usual. Once the $13 fee has been posted to the DOF CityPay website:
https://a836-citypay.nyc.gov/citypay/PropertyTax?stage=procurement#!/by-bbl-form, you may choose to make the payment of your property’s registration fee on-line or pay once you receive your DOF July Statement of Account. Note that the DOF CityPay website will not show any balances if all your payments are up to date or if the registration fee payment is not yet available to be paid.
